The Story

At 12 years old, I knew exactly where I wanted to work. Not for the job, but for what it represented: sport changing the world.

What started on a retail store floor in Lancaster, Pennsylvania became something different. A career building roles that didn't exist. Pioneering functions at the intersection of sport, culture, and technology. From local store operations to global brand strategy. From physical retail to gaming ecosystems.

The pattern: Give me something that's never been done before, and I'll build the playbook. First location planner. First global planning director. Gaming and digital innovation when others saw it as risk. Every step was about refusing conventional thinking.

I'm a planner who thinks like a creative. An innovator who executes at scale. A sneakerhead who builds in gaming platforms. Someone who refuses to accept "that's how it's always been done."

How I Work

Frameworks, principles, and why I build what others won't.

Build What Doesn't Exist

The best opportunities are the ones no one's tried before. First location planner. First global planning director. Gaming innovation. Give me a blank slate and ambiguous problem, I'll create the solution.

Planner Who Thinks Like Creative

This is the differentiator. I bring strategic rigor and execution discipline to innovation. I bring creative thinking to planning functions. It's why I ended up in Virtual Studios. It's why the gaming work succeeded.

Culture Happens at Intersections

Sport and gaming. Physical and digital. Strategy and creativity. The most interesting work happens where different worlds collide. I'm drawn to these spaces because that's where innovation lives.

Lead Through Unlocking Potential

Leadership is about creating environments where talented people can take risks, learn, and grow. Watching someone realize they're capable of more than they thought, that's the most rewarding part.

Early Adoption Over Consensus

By the time everyone agrees something's a good idea, the opportunity's gone. AI, gaming, digital platforms. I moved early when others saw risk. That's how you build what matters.

Execute at Scale

Innovation without execution is just ideas. I've built teams of 220+, connected five geographies, managed $40B+ in planning. The work has to be both bold and operational.

This approach built new capabilities, won strategic bets, and created playbooks others now follow.

Beyond Work

Continuous learning. Personal passions. What actually drives me.

Education never stops. Completed undergrad at Albright College while working retail management. Earned MBA from George Fox University while at Nike headquarters. Executive education from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Wharton. Deep dives into AI, organizational development, emerging tech. Learning is how you stay relevant.

I'm a gamer. Not casual. Deep understanding of gaming communities, competitive dynamics, what drives engagement. This isn't just research for work. It's lived experience that made me the right person to lead Virtual Studios. I knew the culture because I'm part of it.

Sneakerhead since day one. Massive collection, all Nike. This is about genuine passion for product, culture, and innovation. Understanding what drives communities because I am those communities.

AI power user. Not just learning about it, building with it. Exploring tools, creating demos, understanding implications. When AI transforms how businesses work, I'll be ready because I'm already fluent.

What drives me? Watching people reach potential they didn't know they had. Building something that didn't exist. Proving conventional thinking wrong. Making the impossible standard practice.

I grew up outside Philadelphia with a rough background. Made it to Nike through retail stores. Every "first ever" role was someone taking a bet on potential over pedigree. That shapes how I lead. That shapes who I invest in. That shapes why I build what others won't attempt.

This isn't about credentials or titles. It's about creating trails where there were no paths. That 12-year-old who dreamed of working at Nike? He's still here. Still building. Still refusing to accept that something can't be done.
